Malindo Utama Gayo Cooperative, based in Takengon, Central Aceh, held an event for the distribution of food packages to its farmer members. This activity aims to provide assistance to farmers facing difficult economic conditions and strengthen solidarity among cooperative members.
In his speech, the Chairman of Malindo Utama Gayo Cooperative Mr Hendra Syahputra , expressed gratitude and appreciation to the sponsors who have participated in supporting the local farming community. He also emphasized the importance of solidarity in facing economic challenges encountered by farmers.
The distribution of food packages is the result of a collaboration between Malindo Utama Gayo Cooperative and several sponsoring parties committed to alleviating the burdens of farmers during these challenging times. The event took place at the cooperative’s headquarters and was attended by cooperative members and relevant stakeholders.
“The distribution of food packages is a manifestation of our cooperative’s concern for our members who are currently facing difficulties. Through this assistance, we hope to alleviate their financial burdens and provide them with the motivation to keep moving forward,”
One of the farmers, Mrs. Sutarmi, expressed her gratitude for the provided assistance. “We are extremely grateful for this aid. We have often struggled to meet our daily needs, especially during challenging times like these. May our cooperative continue to prosper and be able to support farmers like us,” said Mrs. Sutarmi with emotion.
